Finca Adalgisa Wine Hotel Mendoza, Chacras de Coria

We came for a cooking class with Christina, and it was the highlight of our trip to Mendoza. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the food and wine, and so much fun to hang out with! We made empanadas and rib-eye, both absolutely divine. This experience was complemented by unlimited tastings of their rare wine. I cannot recommend it enough!

The pool area at Finca Adalgisa was like an oasis. It was surrounded by lush vines and trees where I could sit and unwind, listening to the birds chirp. I spent tranquil mornings soaking up the sun and peaceful evenings by the pool after wonderful wine adventures. This place is absolute bliss!

Our room was beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. It provided a cozy escape after a day of wine tasting. The ambiance was so inviting, and I loved every second spent lounging in our lovely suite. I could definitely see myself coming back to this lovely setup.

The dining experience was wonderful, especially during the Asado night. The food was delicious, including BBQ meats and vibrant salads. It was a fantastic opportunity to chat with other guests over good food. Sharing stories with like-minded travelers added so much to the overall experience!
